Support & Repair

The long term support of an integrated system installation is key to every project. Advanced is focused on the long term relationship that will develop when we do our job correctly. All Advanced installations include on-site warranty support. Our technicians are extremely knowledgeable and will work hard to respond to your support needs and solve your problems in as short a time as possible.

If your system was not provided by Advanced, we would be happy to provide support for any problems you are having. Simply call our office to speak with a sales rep to set up an appointment.

Our team also provide’s training on equipment and systems (whether installed by Advanced or not). We have trained operators with experience working with the equipment in similar applications to provide hands on training.

In addition to field service and training, Advanced has a full time in-house service department to address the maintenance and repair of your equipment. Our team of highly skilled technicians are factory trained and certified and capable of component level repair on most items. We have ample experience with moving fixtures, amplifiers, mixing consoles, video equipment, and much more.
