On behalf of all of us at Advanced Lighting & Sound I want to keep you up to date on our commitment to the safety and well-being of our team and yours.  We are continually evaluating and planning to adapt to the changing conditions presented by this unprecedented event.

Today a new “Michigan Stay at Home order” that mandates the shut down of all non-essential business was declared.  As many of you know we are a very diverse company and provide a variety of services to a large group of businesses.  One of the “essential” designations is for businesses that provide support for “communications and information technology”.  Many of our customers are in state and local government as well as the broadcast industry and because of this we will be  operating with minimal staffing to accommodate any issues that may arise.

Our sales team will be working remotely to address your needs and we will have a skeleton crew in the office between 9 am and 4 pm to handle any issues.  The office will be closed for any walk-in business and we ask that anything that if necessary, appointments should be made with your respective sales rep.  As needed, we will deploy service technicians and engineers to perform and field support that may be needed.

We are taking this situation very seriously and this does not relieve us of the commitment to the safety of our employees and their families.  We ask for your patience as we navigate through this situation and as we adapt to this new way of doing business.  We are still accepting orders and service requests and will be processing those based on their impact to essential
business functions.  We are following recommendations and best practices as outlined by the CDC and state government
to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus.  This includes cleaning and disinfecting the office daily and practicing social distancing.

I am proud of our team and their commitment to provide ongoing service to you our clients.  All staff members are engaged
and ready to adapt as needed during this time.  We want to make sure you know we are here and accessible if events
warrant it.  We can be reached by email or through our emergency support number that can be accessed when calling into
the office.  Thank you for trusting in us and please be safe.
